Dan Suich
cell: 510.910.7265
dan.suich@pbgrealestate.com
Dan Suich is an experienced realtor who joined PBG in June 2008. He works with both buyers and sellers of residential real estate in Berkeley, Oakland, Piedmont and the surrounding areas. “I enjoy helping people buy and sell their homes because I am myself a homeowner in Oakland, and know how important a step purchasing my home was in my own personal life.”
“Besides being a place to call your own, a home is also a great investment for all sorts of reasons, like the tax deduction for your mortgage interest, leveraged appreciation of the money invested, and protection of the gain from taxes.” Dan is good at finding properties in any price range, and having lived in the area for over 20 years, is very familiar with all the neighborhoods. “There are tremendous values out there right now, and interest rates remain at historically low levels, which extends buyers’ purchasing power.”
If you are selling, Dan will get the best price for your home in any market. “By cleaning up and staging your home properly, and creating attractive ‘curb appeal,’ your house will look its best and attract the most attention from buyers. In addition, by pricing your home carefully, in keeping with current price trends, we can harness the power of the market to generate the highest possible sales price for your home,” says Dan. “During this past spring selling season, I have personally witnessed many instances of multiple bidding, with final sales prices well over the asking price for choice properties.”
Dan came to real estate after a successful career in the biotechnology industry, where he helped start many small companies as a scientist and an entrepreneur. “That experience greatly benefits my real estate clients now, through taking excellent care of their needs, paying attention to the big picture as well as the details, or simply through the plain hard work, grit, and determination I bring to each transaction on their behalf!,” explains Dan.
Dan is happy to help you with any of your real estate needs, and is always ready to answer questions and provide information. He is continually building his business, and welcomes referrals of clients who appreciate the kind of attention to detail and personal service that he offers. Dan can be reached at (510) 910-7265 or at dan.suich@pbgrealestate.com and www.dansuich.com.
Wally Charles

I’d like to tell you a little about myself, so that you understand you are in good hands when you need my assistance. I am from Germany where my parents owned a successful bed and breakfast. From an early age, I learned the importance of customer satisfaction and the value of catering to the needs of each individual. These values were totally integrated into our family life.
I came to the United States in September of 1980, met my husband and got married. Over time we have raised four wonderful children, volunteered countless hours to our church, and I have been a successful business owner. Still today, I count on the work ethic that my parents taught me as well as the secret to their success — to deliver top notch personalized service to each client. As a business owner myself, I have always concentrated on the needs of the customer. I go above and beyond to make sure that every customer is taken care of. Being in the real estate industry, I have found that this same attention to the client service is the key to success. I concentrate on the needs of my clients and take the time to listen and understand their goals. My personal success depends on your satisfaction. I look forward to working hard for you to make your real estate decisions a positive experience. Please contact me at 510.375.1549 or wally@pbgrealestate.com.

Sharlyn has lived in the Bay Area for over 20 years and has an in-depth understanding of the East Bay real estate market. She has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of California and, prior to joining PBG, worked in the social science industry as a Project Coordinator with the American Psychological Journal.
“I chose a career in real estate because it is a satisfying and rewarding experience which allows me to build lifelong relationships. I enjoy working with people and value open communication, excellent service, and dependability.
It’s the helping of other people which motivates me the most. I go the extra distance to find solutions to all my clients’ real estate needs and I remain by their side every step of the way so they feel comfortable and at ease throughout their transaction. Outside of work, I am a very family-oriented individual and enjoy traveling and participating in school and church-based activities with my husband Jerry and three wonderful children.”
