Claudia Lee offers her clients an extensive and diverse background in residential and commercial real estate, along with solid finance expertise. Real estate has always been her passion. She has several years of experience in handling complex analysis of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, and dispositions of office buildings and retail shopping centers at Hines Interest, Safeway Corporation, and Regency Centers Corporation. Claudia was also an investment advisor at Northpoint Real Estate Investment Services, where she counseled clients on investment strategies for selection and acquisition of residential rental properties throughout the United States. She also has international experience as a real estate consultant for Ernst & Young, LLP, having worked on a number of complex global projects, including research and due diligence for loan portfolios in Seoul, Korea, and due diligence audits of REIT portfolios. In addition, Claudia has experience as an investment analyst at a venture capital firm. Given her strong background in real estate and finance, clients will undoubtedly get very competent, thorough and professional advice from her.

Claudia graduated from the undergraduate program of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, concentrating in real estate and finance. She lives in the East Bay with her husband, who is a business attorney, and their toddler son. In her free time, Claudia enjoys traveling, scuba diving, swimming, playing golf, exploring the Bay Area with her family, and being involved in her son's Montessori pre-school activities as the school's Fundraising Chairperson. She also has been actively involved with a number of organizations, including the Wharton/Penn Real Estate Group of Northern California, The Wharton Club, the Financial Women's Association of San Francisco and East Bay, and the Society of Asian Women Leaders among others.
