Menelva Boyd utilizes the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to meet her clients' expectations. More importantly, she is a strong listener and facilitator who uses these attributes to find solutions that are tailored to each individual.

Menelva is a full-time Realtor with the knowledge and expertise of a real estate career spanning more than 30 years. Prior to joining PBG Real Estate, Menelva has worked in the real estate industry as a Real Estate Consultant (Sales), Office Manager of the Berkeley Association of Realtors and a Loan Officer specializing in FHA loans.

Menelva earned her Associate Degree of Arts in Accounting from Merritt College in 1974 and attended Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, where she majored in Mathematics with a minor in Biology. She is a trained tax preparer and the author and teacher of PQuliar Typing Tutorial, which teaches children and adults touch typing in less than two hours.

Menelva was also a founding partner of the popular Bay Wolf Cafe on Piedmont Avenue in Oakland, California.
