Sharlyn Prakash Blankenship brings years of real estate experience with her to the PBG Team, having closed well in excess of 50 transactions. Sharlyn is unique in that she gives 100% of her wide range of skills, professionalism and customer service to each of her clients, whether they’re looking to purchase high end luxury properties or to find a bargain in short sale or bank owned “REO” homes. She consistently places the value of her clients above the value of their properties.

Sharlyn has lived in the Bay Area for over 20 years and has an in-depth understanding of the East Bay real estate market. She has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of California and, prior to joining PBG, worked in the social science industry as a Project Coordinator with the American Psychological Journal.
